This is one of my favorite stories to share because it transformed the way I look at my relationships with people in my life. If you haven't read it, you can find it here. It's worth reading, but even better if you have someone who will read it to you. Sometimes in class and whenever I offer workshops, I find a way to bring this story into the meditation or beginning of relaxation. First of all, it's sweet to have story read to you. Secondly, when relaxed you can allow the imagery of the story and the true message to integrate with your subconscious. If you are struggling with any relationship in your life, I highly recommend taking 15-20 to read the story and sit with it's message.
