Taking action when you are feeling inspired and excited is easy. You are fueled by those feelings. Continuing the action when it is difficult, you are tired or sad is challenging, but when you can take action despite of this... you win. Use your breath to master your mind. Dig down, take a breath and take action. I have never regretted taking the action, I always regret putting it off.
