To keep up my motivation, I try to make things as easy on myself as I can. Establishing a routine works really well for me, I find that it puts me into a flow for the day, and it starts the night before. Before bed, I check my calendar for the next day to see what I have scheduled and what my running plan is. I always prepare my hot water before bed. I boil water and put it in my Hydro Flask. In the morning, it's hot but drinkable, and this practice helps me to hydrate first thing in the morning and throughout the day. If I know I have an early session with a client or morning group sadhana, I lay out my clothes the night before. After my alarm goes off, I just have to get up and get dressed without putting thought into it. If I'm running that day, I put my running clothes on after my morning practice, then I'm ready to go with minimal procrastination (especially when it's cold!). While I have some variation, I try to stick to the same routines each morning so I can flow from one thing to the next and be as efficient as possible.
