Staying inspired

How do you stay inspired in the face of monotony or stress? I like to consider how I can mix things up. Here are a few tools I'm playing with:
  • Reading a new book -written or audio
  • Listening to a new podcast
  • Playing a game from the bottom of the pile (we haven't played in awhile)
  • Trying a new recipe
  • Taking a new route on my run
  • Going for a scooter ride - it was nice yesterday perfect for this!
  • Taking a meeting or phone call outside rather than in
  • Walking around as I talk
  • Trying out some new yoga sets
