When you feel stuck or don't know how to do something, what do you do? Do you ask someone for help? Google it looking for answers? Try to figure it out for yourself? There is nothing wrong with asking for help. In fact, doing so can save a lot of time. You don't have to know it all, it's healthy to be vulnerable and to ask for help. Plus you are creating an opportunity to truly learn something new and perhaps to even deepen a relationship with someone else.
