The cooler weather can make it easier to skimp out on the water. Perhaps you aren't as hot and thirsty as you are in the summer months. If you aren't doing so already, this is a perfect time of year to begin a hot water program. Boil water at night before you go to bed and put it in an insulated container. I like my Hydroflask for this because when I wake up in the morning, the water is hot but drinkable. Start your morning with a glass of warm water with lemon to wake up your digestion. Then, keep your water bottle with you all day and sip out of it every thirty minutes. If you are thirsty, sip more frequently. Sip do not gulp. This way you will stay steadily hydrated throughout the day.
