You don't have to do it all, but take a moment to do something for yourself. It's okay to take breaks from the busyness of life. Take a nap or a nice slow walk or a hot bath. Write in your journal, read that book you have been meaning to pick up or watch a movie. Nourish and care for yourself. So what if the to do list is longer than you wanted it to be. Take a step back and recharge, it will still be there tomorrow.
