There is a lot of commotion in the air right now. When things are feeling chaotic, I lean on my practice and increase my wellness activities. Exercising, meditating, resting and staying hydrated are key - as are connecting with others and experiencing joy. One of my favorite practices is chanting mantra. I love putting my mantra music on and chanting with all of my heart. It feels so good! It uplifts me, nourishes me and literally makes me happy. My favorites right now are Sirgun Kaur's Ajai Alai (11 minute version is available on Apple Music and Spotify) and Simran and GuruPrem's Mul Mantra.
Feel shy about chanting out loud? Wear headphones and crank it up and chant through your heart. The vibration is wonderful for you, your family, animals and neighbors!
